As we all know that relations between India and China are getting bitter day by day because China is not improving its attitude.
China is doing activities on the India-China border every day. So to teach China a lesson, 59 Chinese applications in India have been banned in order to stop the growing footsteps of China in India.
Among these applications, most famous apps are UC browser, Hello, shareit, Sheen, DU privacy, Vivo video, Tiktok, MI store, Wemate, MI community, Vigo video, tender, and cam scanner, etc.
All these applications have been completely banned under the IT Act 2000. It is also heard that if someone uses these Chinese applications, they can be punished.
It has to be seen what rules will be introduced for companies that have set up their production plants in both India and China.
Nowadays many campaigns have been started in India which can be seen with multiple hashtags like #banchinaapps, #stopchinaproducts, etc.
Almost all Chinese applications have been caught spying at some time, and it would not be wrong to say that the purpose of these applications is only to leak the sensitive data of consumers.
This step of the government is considered to be very important because every Indian now wants to get rid of Chinese mobiles and Chinese apps.
Banning these applications directly means that in the coming days, these apps will no longer be able to work in India.
As whatever data is being sent to China through these applications goes through the network of India and now the government is going to shut down all these routes for China.
This step of the Indian government may cause China to suffer a lot of damage as China does business with crores of rupees from India.
